RestaurantSerene
A hospitality interior where Mediterranean warmth meets ceremonial calm — terracotta velvet, travertine alcoves and brass light.
I'm Eline Raad, an interior architect based in Lebanon. I draw, render and build quietly luxurious spaces — from concept to execution.

Eight chapters from recent projects across Lebanon — residential, restaurant and renovation. Drag, scroll or tap to read.
Every project is built on a quiet four-stage rhythm. No surprises, no rushed renders — just the right questions, answered in the right order.
A long first meeting to map the way you actually live — routines, rituals, budgets, the inherited piano nobody can throw away.
Floor plans, elevations and photorealistic 3D visuals. You walk through the home before a single wall is touched.
Construction documents, joinery details, lighting plans and finish schedules — the quiet paperwork that makes the build painless.
Contractor coordination, supplier sourcing and weekly site visits until the day you put the key in the door.
In the studioI'm Eline Raad — a Lebanese interior architect who treats every brief as a private story. Trained in interior architecture and 3D visualisation, I run a small, hands-on practice covering residences, restaurants and renovations across Lebanon and the region.
I work close to the build. That means I sketch with you, render until the light behaves, then live on site through tender, procurement and handover. The aim is always the same: rooms that feel quietly luxurious — and impossibly easy to live in.
Full-scope interior architecture — plans, elevations, joinery and lighting — for new builds and full renovations.
Photoreal renders in 3ds Max + Corona / V-Ray, used to make decisions before money touches the site.
Layout strategy for awkward apartments, growing families and small hospitality spaces. The plan that makes the rest easy.
Concept-led F&B interiors built around the guest experience — flow, lighting, acoustics, materials, story.
Kitchens, bathrooms and single-room re-do's. Same care as a full house, scaled to one meaningful change.
Weekly site visits, contractor coordination and procurement — until the day you turn the key.
Eline doesn't just draw rooms — she listens to how a family lives. Our home in Fifth Settlement feels like it has always been there.
The renders matched the finished restaurant almost exactly. Our team trusted the project from week one — and the guests can feel it.
Working from concept to handover with Eline removed every decision fatigue. Calm process, precise drawings, beautiful kitchen.
I take a limited number of projects each year so each one gets the attention it deserves. Send a few photos, a short brief, and a rough timeline — I usually reply within 48 hours.
